HoneyMoon Brewery has created an extremely refreshing take on the complex and effervescent nature of Kombucha by bridging beer and Kombucha brewing techniques. The result is a sessionable gluten-free beverage that's tart, delicious and full of gut-loving probiotics, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals – all while still delivering a satisfying ABV (Alcohol By Volume) of 3.5%, similar to that of an average craft beer. Cisneros was tasked with developing a new brand, investor kit, reskin an existing website and develop new packaging all in less than 5 weeks.
